Financial Options

Our goal is to provide the finest care, without compromising quality. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered/performed unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

For insurance-based questions, or questions about payments for extensive dental treatments, please contact our Office Manager, Jill. Please feel free to inquire about our financing options through Care Credit and Citi Health Card.

Payment Option Plans

  • Pay as You Go: Payment is due at the time service is received. This works best for patients having simple procedures or routine maintenance.
  • **Prepay Courtesy: A 7% discount is offered for patients who pay for the total estimated treatment plan in full with cash, check, or money order on or before the first treatment. This is offered to patients with fees over $5,000.
  • **Courtesy for Two Payments: A 5% discount is offered when the patient pays 50% prior to the first treatment visit, with the balance scheduled to be paid in advance of the completion of treatment. Payment is accepted via cash, check, or money order. This is offered to patients with long-term treatment, incurring fees over $5000.
  • **Healthcare Finance: Selected healthcare financial institutions may provide fast approval so that patients may have lower payments spread over a longer period of time. These companies specialize in financing for patients needing larger amounts of dental work. We will be happy to assist you in contacting these institutions.

**Not applicable for reduced fee dental plans

Understanding Your Dental Insurance

Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will file your claim for you, but we cannot guarantee estimated coverage. We will work with you and your insurance to help you receive your maximum benefits. Any obligation beyond what is covered by your insurance is your responsibility as the patient and policy holder. If you would like to know what your expected coverage will be, we can request a pretreatment estimate. The insurance company generally responds to these within 4-6 weeks.

There is no way for us to estimate what your insurance will cover. Benefits are different for each policy and plans generally cover between 40 and 80%.

The only way for you to be certain of your coverage is to contact your insurance company directly. Remember, the policy is between you and your company, not your company and our office. We are happy to assist, but ultimately you, as the policy holder, are responsible for the difference in the cost of treatment after the insurance has paid the claim as per your contract. We will send a detailed statement of what insurance paid and the total amount still due to our office. If for any reason, we have not received yourinsurance carrier’s payment 90 days after the claim, the remaining balance will be due and payable by you, and subject to 18% APR.
